The format of the work depends on the individual and what we are working towards.

Generally, sessions will always include both strength and flexibility, but can also include drills to work on coordination and specific movement patterns. All depending on what you need .

Sessions are generally 60 minutes, though the first session is 90 minutes to allow for initial interview, discussion and assessment.
